Mexican regional music group Bronco continued its strong “gallop” through Spain this week, selling out Madrid’s La Cubierta de Leganés on May 2 following another packed show in Barcelona.
A statement from the group’s publicist said 9,500 fans attended the Madrid concert, with thousands more reportedly unable to secure tickets. It was further stated that Bronco made history as the first Regional Mexican act to sell out the iconic Madrid venue.

The concert is part of Bronco’s ongoing “El Gran Baile Tour 2026,” which continues across several European cities in the coming weeks.
Fans arrived early to the venue wearing cowboy hats and boots while waving flags from across Latin America, turning the night into a celebration of Mexican music and culture. The crowd brought high energy to every song, singing and dancing along to the group’s biggest hits such as “Que No Quede Huella,” “Oro,” “Dos Mujeres y un Camino” and “Amigo Bronco.”

With consecutive sold-out performances in Spain, Bronco continues to demonstrate its enduring popularity more than four decades into their career. Formed in Nuevo León, Mexico, the group became one of the defining acts in Regional Mexican music through its blend of norteño, cumbia and romantic ballads.
The El Gran Baile 2026 tour will continue through the spring and summer, joined by special guests Guardianes del Amor. Ending their run through Spain this Saturday, May 9th, the band will follow with six shows in Mexico before heading to the U.S. All upcoming dates and tickets are available at grupobroncotour.com.
