In a coordinated expansion into the live entertainment sector, media and entertainment company HGD and its subsidiaries have announced the launch of a new flagship event property, Atomic Rock Fest. Produced in partnership with broadcast facility Thunder Studios and FAST channel Adrenaline+, the inaugural arena festival is scheduled to take place at Thunder Studios’ expansive arena in Long Beach, California on September 26th, 2026

The event rollout introduces a specialized pricing strategy designed to navigate today’s highly competitive consumer landscape. Backed by HGD properties RYM Magazine and hybrid services label Audio Futura, organizers are initiating a strict $25 flat-ticket pricing structure with no added checkout fees for consumers, positioning the boutique event as a high-production but financially accessible alternative for the music community.
Executing a lean operational overhead model is central to the festival’s financial structure, allowing organizers to prioritize sustainable artist compensation alongside consumer affordability.
“We wanted to keep the barrier to entry straightforward, meaning what you see is exactly what you pay at checkout with no extra surprises,” Bernardo Escobedo, CEO of HGD and Audio Futura, tells RYM Magazine. “At the same time, we are keeping our internal overhead lean and structuring the event so that independent creators and rising talent walk away with a healthy, sustainable cut of the door from the very first ticket sold. This emphasis on accessible pricing does not mean a compromise on execution. By partnering with Thunder Studios, the festival is utilizing a massive, cutting-edge industrial stage setup to deliver a premium, high-voltage audiovisual experience.”
The event’s inaugural bill features 10 rock bands curated across the genre’s spectrum, bridging major headliners with emerging independent talent. While the lineup has not been announced yet, the event will be making the lineup announcements in the coming weeks.
