The countdown to Atomic Rock officially began with the rollout of the competition’s inaugural announcement. Submissions are now live for Enter The Reactor, a tournament engineered to find and accelerate the next independent rock act.
The grand prize package features a paid festival performance slot, global marketing support, and professional media assets valued at $10,000.
The main show will take place September 26th inside the Thunder Studios arena in Long Beach. Finalists must first secure their position at a live showcase tournament scheduled for August 22nd at Backstage Live in Torrance.
The competition is open to all rock genres for musicians ages 15 and older, with bilingual and multi-language acts heavily welcomed. Registration requires a flat $50 administrative fee per band.
Submissions close firmly on July 30th at 6:00 p.m. Independent acts ready to review the official guidelines and submit their entry forms can visit the Enter The Reactor registration page. More info on the live show is available here: Atomic Rock partnership announcement.
