Bruno Mars has returned to the touring circuit in historic fashion. The singer’s newly announced Romantic Tour triggered a rush for tickets, with more than two million seats sold in just 24 hours, a surge that set new single-day sales marks for both Live Nation and Ticketmaster across North America and Europe.
The demand signals a major moment for Mars, who is preparing to embark on his first full headlining tour in nearly a decade and his first ever as a solo stadium act. After adding dozens of shows in response to the overwhelming response, the 2026 tour now spans 70 dates, positioning it as one of the largest global tours of the year.
The itinerary includes an extended run at London’s Wembley Stadium, where Mars will perform six nights, alongside multi-show stops in Toronto, Amsterdam, the New York area, and Los Angeles. Additional stadium performances are scheduled for Paris, Vancouver, and Berlin, among other cities. The tour will begin April 10 in Las Vegas and conclude October 17 in Vancouver, with MGM Resorts International and the Pinky Ring at Bellagio sponsoring the North American dates.
Anderson .Paak will join the entire tour as DJ Pee .Wee, bringing back the Silk Sonic collaborators on the road. Victoria Monét, RAYE, and Leon Thomas are slated to appear as special guests in certain cities.
The touring announcement arrives as Mars prepares to release his fourth solo album, “The Romantic,” on February 27 via Atlantic Records. The project marks his first solo full-length since “24K Magic” in 2016. Its lead single, “I Just Might,” released earlier this month, has already generated tens of millions of streams.
Despite the long gap between solo albums, Mars has remained a dominant force in the industry. His 2024 collaboration with Lady Gaga, “Die With a Smile,” became one of the biggest global hits of the past year, earning a Grammy and setting new streaming milestones. He followed that with another worldwide success in “APT.” with BLACKPINK’s Rosé, which topped multiple international charts and collected major awards recognition.
According to Live Nation, The Romantic Tour builds on years of sustained global demand, including record-setting stadium runs in Japan and Brazil, and a high-profile opening of Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome in 2024. With a new album on the way and ticket sales already at historic levels, Mars’ return to full-scale touring is shaping up as one of the defining live music stories of 2026.
