Intellectual Property & Ownership I agree the Magazine owns all media rights.Cell phone photos/videos are allowed on set, however no posting/sharing of any kind until the embargo is lifted, or without express written consent. Strict Embargo: No posting or discussing the artist, location, or shoot details anywhere until the Magazine officially publishes the content. Closed Set: No guests, without authorization.
