If providing creative services [i.e. make-up, social content, etc], your contribution is a “work made for hire.” You may not sell, license, or independently publish any media without written consent, and all approved content will be distributed in a group drive link. If you are a photographer who is assisting directly with the artist you are only permitted to shoot authorized content, and are not permitted to shoot any photography of the talent during their photoshoot [BTS photography ONLY] 4. Intellectual Property & Ownership I agree the Magazine owns all media rights.Cell phone photos/videos are allowed on set, however no posting/sharing of any kind until the embargo is lifted, or without express written consent. Strict Embargo: No posting or discussing the artist, location, or shoot details anywhere until the Magazine officially publishes the content. Closed Set: No guests, without authorization. Unprofessional conduct results in immediate removal.5. NDA, Embargo & Set Rules I agree to be bound by the NDA, Embargo, and Set Rules.6. BTS Media Release YES – I grant permission to be filmed and published. NO – I opt-out. (You MUST get a visual identifier from the coordinator upon arrival so the crew knows not to film you).I acknowledge that unauthorized leaks or breaches of this contract will cause irreparable harm, leaving me subject to full legal action, including claims for financial damages and injunctive relief.7.
