Two of Australia’s most celebrated rock acts are set to headline the 2026 Red Hot Summer Tour, with Australian Crawl and Men at Work leading a lineup that brings together several generations of homegrown talent.
Announced this week, the touring festival will visit ten locations across the country throughout October and November, featuring performances from Birds of Tokyo, Eskimo Joe, Vika & Linda, Boom Crash Opera and Ella Hooper alongside the headliners.
One of the tour’s biggest talking points is the return of key Australian Crawl members to the stage together. Founding vocalist James Reyne will reunite with original bandmates Simon Binks and David Reyne, marking the first time in more than four decades that the trio has performed together in celebration of the band’s legacy.
Australian Crawl remains one of the defining acts of Australian rock, with classics such as “Reckless,” “The Boys Light Up” and “Beautiful People” continuing to resonate with audiences decades after their release. Reflecting on the band’s beginnings, James Reyne recalled the group’s humble origins on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula and the unexpected journey that transformed a local following into one of the country’s most successful rock careers.
Sharing top billing are Men at Work, whose catalogue includes internationally recognized hits such as “Down Under,” “Who Can It Be Now?” and “Overkill.”
The Red Hot Summer Tour has built a reputation as one of Australia’s premier nostalgia-driven festival brands, regularly bringing together iconic acts from across the country’s music history. The 2026 edition continues that tradition while offering fans a rare opportunity to see members of Australian Crawl and Men at Work featured on the same bill.
The tour begins in Toowoomba on October 17 before traveling through Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia. Tickets will go on sale later this month following a series of presale opportunities.
