Award-winning producer Frank Rogers named new CEO of Spirit Music

Independent music publisher Spirit Music, in partnership with Lyric Capital Group, announced Frank Rogers as its new CEO on Tuesday, May 26.

Rogers has built his career in the music industry as a record producer, songwriter, musician, music publisher and label executive. In 2016, he launched Fluid Music Revolution, and in 2019 was named the CEO of Spirit Music Nashville. Under Rogers’ leadership, Spirit and Fluid combined have published more than 40 Billboard No. 1 singles.

In 2022, Rogers took on the global role of Chief Creative Officer for Spirit Music. Expanding his role within the company, he will oversee all aspects of Spirit Music’s global roster, creative operations and business activities. Rogers will continue to serve as President of Fluid Music Revolution.

Spirit Music was founded in 1995, with offices in Nashville, Los Angeles, London and New York, in partnership with Lyric Capital Group, an investment firm that aimed to provide “unique capital solutions” for the music industry. Spirit Music has recorded hits with artists including Rihanna, The Weeknd, Ed Sheeran, Selena Gomez and Morgan Wallen, among others.

Frank Rogers, named Billboard’s No. 2 Hot Country Producer of the 21st century, is the only producer this century to claim the top three spots on the Billboard Country Airplay chart in a single week with three different artists. This milestone came in February 2010 with hits from Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker and Chris Stapleton.

As a producer, Rogers has worked extensively with top country acts, contributing to 46 No. 1 singles and more than 80 Top 20 hits. His work has earned 18 Country Music Association nominations, with one win, and 27 Academy of Country Music nominations, including five wins. He has also received multiple honors as a leading country producer and contributed to Grammy-nominated and Grammy-winning projects.

As a songwriter, Rogers has credits on 10 No. 1 songs and has earned 16 ASCAP Songwriter Awards. His music has appeared in film, television and national advertising campaigns.

Rogers also co-founded Sea Gayle Music, a publishing company behind dozens of Billboard No. 1 songs.
