Reba McEntire has now stepped down as the mic at the ACM Awards and will be replaced by Shania Twain at the 61st Academy of Country Music Awards at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena. Twain is looking forward to hosting the ACM Awards to meet newer artists that she has not met before. Twain has been on the other side of the stage as well. Some of her top career moments have taken place at the ACM Awards. For example, she was named top new female vocalist and her album The Woman in Me won album of the years. She has also won entertainer of the year. She also earned the ACM Poet’s Award.
The Canadian singer and songwriter is now working on joining Harry Styles for shows at London’s Wembley Stadium in June and early July. She is busy at her studio creating more of her music.
