Out of Left Field
On November 21, one of the most surprising collaborations in recent rock’n’roll history will arrive: “One More Time,” an ultimate team-up between Rock and Roll Hall of Fame® band Aerosmith and award-winning platinum British rockstar Yungblud. And to tease the new project, the new team dropped the feature single of the EP, “My Only Angel.”
A Rise and a Return
The single will be Aerosmith’s first in over a decade and Yungblud’s newest in a growing catalog of accomplishments. It features delay, echo, piano, and an undertone of classic rock feel, as well as themes dealing with insecurity in romance.
Crossing Paths
As for the full EP, it will feature the older band and the new generation of talent sharing the spotlight in the lyrics, singing, and instrumentals. The EP, produced by Matt Schwartz, is already available to preorder digitally as well as in limited-edition vinyl form. Initially, Yungblud intended to collaborate with the band on a 9-minute epic single after meeting them in the studio, but afterwards the singer and the band realized there was enough passion between them all to dedicate to a full EP. The collaboration also follows the powerful onstage tribute medley to Ozzy Osbourne that they all performed together at the 2025 MTV Music Awards.
Single Available Now, EP Available for Preorder
“My Only Angel” is available to stream on all digital music platforms, and “One More Time” is available for preorder now in both digital and vinyl, with a full release on November 21.
