Spotify is taking its Billions Club franchise global with the release of “Billions Club Live with Bad Bunny: A Concert Film,” a 42-minute concert special capturing the superstar’s performance in Tokyo.
Filmed on March 7 at the Tipstar Dome Chiba, the show marked Bad Bunny’s first-ever performance in Asia, an intimate, one-night-only event for more than 2,300 of his top Spotify listeners in the region.
Directed by longtime collaborator Stillz, the film features eight performances of some of his biggest global hits, including “Tití Me Preguntó,” “Yonaguni,” and “NUEVAYoL,” alongside a reimagined salsa version of “MIA.” The production blends high-energy live moments with behind-the-scenes reflection.
In the film, Bad Bunny reflects on the surreal nature of his international reach.
The release is available exclusively on Spotify across mobile, desktop and TV platforms, with subtitles offered in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Japanese, further emphasizing the platform’s global audience strategy.
Beyond the digital premiere, Spotify extended the experience into the physical world, hosting fan screenings and events in cities such as São Paulo, Mexico City, Bogotá and Buenos Aires.
The film also reinforces the growing cultural weight of Spotify’s Billions Club, which has evolved from a playlist into a broader ecosystem that includes artist plaques, video content and live performances. With more than 30 songs surpassing one billion streams, Bad Bunny stands as one of the program’s biggest figures.
