Los Angeles, California (April 24, 2025) — No Te Va Gustar (NTVG) is charging full steam into 2025, building on the massive momentum of an unforgettable 2024. The iconic Uruguayan rock band has announced a slate of major festival appearances and headlining shows across Latin America, Europe, and the United States, including stops at Cosquín Rock in both Argentina and Uruguay, Quilmes Rock, Rock en Baradero, and the celebrated Cruïlla and PortAmérica festivals in Spain. As anticipation builds, fans can expect more announcements to come as the year unfolds.
Among the most exciting developments is NTVG’s return to the U.S. this May as part of their 30 Years Tour. Following sold-out performances in Miami, New York, Washington, D.C., and Charlotte, the band now sets its sights on Los Angeles, Redwood City, Fort Lauderdale, and New Jersey. The U.S. leg kicks off May 1 at Catch One in Los Angeles, followed by a show at Maya Night Club in Redwood City on May 2, Revolution Live in Fort Lauderdale on May 3, and White Eagle Hall in New Jersey on May 4.
The band’s 2024 was nothing short of historic. NTVG celebrated its 30th anniversary with an extensive international tour that spanned nearly 70 concerts across 15 countries, including Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Paraguay, Ecuador, Colombia, the United States, Spain, Ireland, the UK, Denmark, Costa Rica, and Germany. These shows were more than performances—they were powerful, communal experiences that brought fans together across continents.
One of the standout moments came at the year’s final show on the iconic Rambla in Montevideo. The band performed a marathon three-hour set in front of a massive hometown crowd, joined on stage by revered artists like Rubén Rada, Sebastián Teysera, Agarrate Catalina, and Hugo Fattoruso. Just days earlier, they wrapped up their Argentine calendar with four sold-out shows at the Movistar Arena in Buenos Aires, where they shared the stage with Soledad Pastorutti, Milo J, Luck Ra, Juliana Gattas, Emmanuel Horvilleur, and Julián Kartún.
Earlier in the year, NTVG drew more than 50,000 fans to their first show of 2024 in Atlántida, Uruguay. They went on to headline the main stage at Vive Latino in Mexico City, and filled massive venues like the Movistar Arena in Bogotá, the Vélez Stadium in Buenos Aires, and the Pepsi Center in CDMX. They also played to packed crowds in cities across Europe, including Barcelona and Madrid, as well as Santiago de Chile’s Movistar Arena and the SND Arena in Asunción.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, NTVG also released two live albums, each capturing unforgettable shows in Bogotá (Desde Acá Qué Cerca Queda El Cielo) and Buenos Aires (Cómo Me Gusta Verte Reír). These releases serve as lasting tributes to three decades of music, passion, and connection with fans around the world.
Adding to their musical milestones, the band recently unveiled Parte De Mi, a vibrant collaboration with Argentine band El Zar. The track, recorded in Montevideo at the end of 2024, blends the distinctive styles of both groups into a catchy, feel-good pop anthem that has quickly won over fans.
Three decades in, No Te Va Gustar remains one of Latin America’s most beloved and dynamic live acts. As they bring their 30 Years Tour to new stages and continue creating fresh music, their energy and impact only seem to grow.
