Noteworthy collaborations, official recognitions, historic performances, and the release of new music helped to close the curtain on an amazing 2025 for the group.
La Original has a number of distinctive appearances that occurred in 2025 alone. In January, the group received a special recognition from Promotores Unidos USA, further commemorating the band’s professionalism, career, and contribution to Mexican regional music.
In June, the group was presented with a noteworthy recognition from the Mexican Consul General Javier Díaz de León in Atlanta, Georgia.
On October 11th, Los Angeles proclaimed the day to be known as “La Original Banda El Limón Day” during the Latino Carnaval of South Central.
