Los Angeles, California (August 7, 2025)- Colombian rapper Kei Linch is cementing her status as an unstoppable force in Latin music, having just been recognized as the only Colombian artist selected for Billboard’s prestigious “On the Radar Latin” list. Following the release of her recent EP Amor y Plata, she continues to expand her unique artistic universe with her new single, “Nitiwey,” a collaboration with Barranquilla-based artist Totoy el Frio.
Produced by SOG and The Colombians, “Nitiwey” is a fusion of rap, hip-hop, and trap rhythms with bold, unfiltered lyrics that showcase the distinctive styles of both artists. According to Kei Linch, the track is a raw, authentic sound that she’s been waiting to share with her audience. “I didn’t have to dress up or censor any part of the lyrics,” she shared, adding that the track brings “new textures and sounds that shape my essence and signature.” The official video, directed by Andres Scaramouche and Gabo Tone, was filmed in an urban setting in Bogotá, blending high fashion and streetwear with the aesthetics of early 2000s hip-hop.
“Nitiwey” follows the release of her 6-track visual EP, Amor y Plata, which captured her artistic phase in a 5-part video series filmed in New York, the birthplace of hip-hop. This project, inspired by the beats and cultural impact of 2000s rap, further showcased the artist’s raw essence. As Billboard Latin noted, “Through her rap verses, Kei Linch evokes wit, sensuality, and power, all backed by her smooth, moving voice.”
Kei Linch’s rise has been nothing short of remarkable. Born 23 years ago in Madrid, Colombia, she first gained public attention after reaching the finals of Factor X in 2021. In 2023, she signed with Sony Music and released her debut album, Dulcinea. Her live performances have drawn major crowds, including a closing set at BIME in Bogotá, a show for over 30,000 people at Madrid’s Pride Concert, and an opening performance for Argentine rapper Trueno. She has also served as an ambassador for major brands and was an invited speaker at the European Parliament, proving her influence extends far beyond the stage.
