Colombian Regional Artist Pipe Bueno Makes Guest Performance at Telemundo’s Mexican Independence Day Special

In a show of solidarity and a celebration of identity within Latin American music, Colombian regional artist Pipe Bueno appeared as a special guest supporting Telemundo's Mexican Independence Day broadcast "Viva México, El Grito" on September 15. The event was marked by many other guest appearances and special remarks, and serves as another high point of Pipe's rise in the past year.

Colombian artist Pipe Bueno appeared on Telemundo’s live Mexican Independence Day special “Viva México, El Grito” on the evening of September 15.

Celebrating Solidarity in Music

The broadcast featured appearances from many Latin artists, including Fey, Marta Sánchez, El Fantasma, Joss Favela, Carolina Ross, and La Arrolladora Banda El Limón, from all across Latin America as a show of solidarity and celebration. The show was hosted by Chantal Andere and Javier Poza and featured a special appearance from Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum as she gave her address from the National Palace.

Standout Year

As for Pipe, he saw the event as an opportunity to deepen his ties with fans and fellow artists across the globe, especially in the Latin American community. The event puts the bow on a year of growth for the regional artist defined by his tribute album “Vives con Mariachi” and the single “Dime Que Prefieres.”
