Composed by Meier and produced in Los Angeles by the multi-award-winning Gustavo Borner, the song features an elite group of musicians, including Mark Goldenberg (Bob Dylan), Dean Parks (Eric Clapton), and Gregg Bissonette (Ringo Starr).
