The 2025 Opry NextStage artist and platinum-selling Chayce Beckham returns to the stage with the swoon-worthy new single, “Holdin’ You, Lovin’ You”. The song is an ode to his new wife, the tender ballad first presented when he proposed. “This is such a special song for us. It’s about holding onto the ones you love,” Beckham shares. Earlier this fall, the Beckhams took a memorable trip to Las Vegas to be married off by an Elvis Presley impersonator. At the wedding, Beckham sang:
“Oh so I’ma keep on holdin’ you, lovin’ you
Doin’ all the things that I wanted for so long
Yeah I, I know it’s late, I’m sorry babe
But I don’t wanna wait ‘cause I’ve waited far too long
When all I could give you was a song
Somehow you kept hangin’ on
So I’ll keep on holdin’ you, lovin’ you“
“The poster child for impactful, meaningful country music,” Entertainment Focus comments, and Country Central praises Beckham’s new track as “a good ole’ country song through and through”.
Beckham is a timeless country storyteller with authentic grit and a contemporary edge, paying tribute to classics such as Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings. Beckham has a sound and a style that “country music needs more of” (Taste of Country), and has been noted as “one of the genre’s most exciting rising stars” (Entertainment Focus). “Holdin’ You, Lovin’ You” is not only a beautiful romantic ode to his new wife, but a timeless hit that will continuously impact country music.
