Atlantic Screen Group has landed a $30 million financing deal from Corrum Capital Management, strengthening its push into film, television, and music rights acquisition as demand for screen-related catalogs continues to grow.
The London-based company plans to use the funding to acquire additional film and TV scores alongside music catalogs, building on a year of steady expansion. In 2025 alone, Atlantic Screen Group picked up score rights to more than two dozen feature films, spanning both studio-backed and independent projects. Recent titles include productions starring Sydney Sweeney, Jason Statham, and Aaron Taylor-Johnson, with a focus on works expected to deliver durable, long-term returns.
Alongside its acquisition strategy, the company continues to scale its publishing infrastructure. Through its Copyright Administration Services division, Atlantic Screen Group now administers catalogs for more than 50 clients globally, handling royalty collection and rights management for songwriters and copyright owners.
CEO Simon Fawcett said the investment provides momentum across both sides of the business, enabling continued growth in screen music assets while accelerating the expansion of its broader song catalog.
“Corrum has allowed ASG to fund its continued year-on-year growth, not only across its film and television music catalogue but also its ever-growing song catalog,” Fawcett stated.
Corrum Capital, a US-based private investment firm focused on music, entertainment, and sports lending, has become an increasingly active player in rights financing. The firm has originated more than $1.4 billion in customized loans across those sectors, with recent transactions including support for major catalog acquisitions and high-profile songwriter deals.
Corrum’s chief investment officer, Jonathan Mandle, praised Atlantic Screen Group’s track record in sourcing and managing premium music and film assets, describing the partnership as a long-term commitment to the company’s growth.
Founded in 2011, Atlantic Screen Group operates as an independent music and media company with additional creative and sync services under its Nightjar Music and Nightjar Songs Publishing banners. The new financing follows a recent round of senior promotions and hires, moves that leadership says reinforce the company’s strategy to scale its creative ecosystem while remaining independent in a rapidly evolving global market.
