Los Angeles, California (April 23, 2025)- Argentine singer-songwriter and producer Noel Schajris, internationally recognized for being part of the iconic duo Sin Bandera and for his outstanding solo career, is once again making history. Starting May 2, his music will be exclusively available in all Barnes & Noble stores across the United States, including vinyl and collectible CD editions.
This milestone makes Schajris the first independent artist to achieve national distribution through this prestigious chain, setting a precedent in the music industry. This partnership not only solidifies his position as a leader in the #VuelvASerDueñoDeTuMusica movement, but also underscores his commitment to artistic independence and a direct connection with his audience.
Owner of his own label, Dynamo Producciones, Noel has been a pioneer in empowering Latin artists. Beyond his music, he has mentored new generations of musicians and was one of the first to launch an official app to sell physical music directly to fans without intermediaries. This new collaboration with Barnes & Noble is another step in his mission to give artists control over their work.
“Being able to bring these albums to fans who love physical products, the artwork, the lyrics, the smell of the paper… that’s priceless,” said Schajris. “It’s a way to keep the essence of music alive as a tangible experience.”
Throughout May, the vinyl and CDs of his acclaimed albums Siempre Lo Supe and Mi Presente will be exclusively available at Barnes & Noble. Starting in June, they will expand to stores like Amoeba Music and other physical distributors internationally, including Amazon and specialty stores. Pre-orders are already available on Barnes & Noble’s website: Siempre Lo Supe and Mi Presente.
Dynamo Producciones also plans to extend this presence in stores to include other artists from their label, consolidating an unprecedented independent distribution network. This release aligns with a growing trend: vinyl sales in the United States increased for the 18th consecutive year, rising by 6.4% in 2024 according to the IFPI. This confirms that, beyond streaming, audiences continue to value music as a physical and emotional experience.
With this move, Noel Schajris not only celebrates his own career but also inspires a profound change in the music industry, proving that it is possible to innovate, remain independent, and succeed without losing artistic essence.
