After another stretch of sold-out dates around the globe, Tame Impala is bringing “Deadbeat” back to North American stages. Kevin Parker has confirmed a new arena tour set to roll through the U.S. and Canada from early July through mid-September, marking a second regional push behind his 2025 full-length. The trek launches July 7 at Miami’s Kaseya Center and wraps September 1 at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena. Support will rotate between Djo and Dominic Fike, with Fike joining the bill for the first time in an opening slot on select dates.
Released in November via Columbia Records, “Deadbeat” marked Parker’s first album since 2020’s “The Slow Rush.” The record leans further into his club-beat instincts, pairing psychedelic instrumentals with sleek, dancefloor-ready production. Early singles like the global alt-radio #1 hit “Dracula,” “End of Summer,” and “Loser,” signaled this sonic shift. The project immediately resonated, not only with fans but also with critics.
Awards momentum has followed the release. At the 2026 Grammy Awards, Parker took home Best Dance/Electronic Recording for the single “End of Summer,” earning his second career Grammy win. He has also received recognition from the BRIT Awards, adding to a résumé that includes multiple nominations and wins across major territories, reinforcing his status as a globally influential act.
Over the past decade, Parker has evolved from working in his studio to headlining festivals and touring arenas, known for handling nearly every aspect of his recordings himself: writing, performing, and producing. That self-contained creative approach, paired with ever-expanding live shows, has helped Tame Impala remain one of modern psych-pop’s most influential artists, racking up an impressive 15 ARIA Awards, three BRIT Award nominations and a win, and boasting over two billion streams for the hit “The Less I Know The Better.”
Presales for the new run of dates begin on Wednesday, February 18, at 12:00 p.m. PT, followed by additional ticket windows later that week. All presales conclude Thursday, February 19, at 10:00 p.m. PT, before the general onsale opens Friday, February 20, at 12:00 p.m. PT. With “Deadbeat” now fully embedded in the alternative niche, this summer’s run positions Parker not just as a festival headliner, but as a defining arena act of his era.
